Chase Card App Experience — Lead Designer

I served as the sole UX/Product Designer for key Chase Card app experiences, owning design from discovery through delivery. My work focused on simplifying complex card management workflows—such as viewing balances, transactions, rewards, and card controls—within the Chase mobile app.

I partnered closely with product managers and engineers to define requirements, translate business and customer needs into intuitive flows, and deliver polished, production-ready designs. Responsibilities included user flow creation, wireframing, high-fidelity UI, usability reviews, and ongoing iteration based on stakeholder feedback and technical constraints. The goal was to create a seamless, trustworthy experience that empowered customers to confidently manage their credit cards within the app.

Stock Plan Experience — UX/Product Design (Chase Website)

I supported the design of the Stock Plan experience on the Chase website, focused on helping users understand, manage, and take action on their equity and stock-related benefits. My work centered on simplifying complex financial information into clear, approachable flows while maintaining accuracy, trust, and regulatory considerations.

I partnered closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive user journeys and UI patterns aligned with the Chase design system. Responsibilities included defining user flows, designing wireframes and high-fidelity UI, and collaborating through implementation to ensure clarity, consistency, and usability across the experience.

Form Builder Platform — UX/Product Design (Chase Website)

I contributed to the design of internal form builder tools for the Chase website, enabling teams to efficiently create, manage, and publish customer-facing forms at scale. The goal was to support flexibility for business teams while ensuring consistency, accessibility, and compliance across all form experiences.

As a UX/Product Designer, I worked on defining workflows, interaction patterns, and UI components that balanced ease of use with governance requirements. I collaborated with cross-functional partners to refine requirements, design scalable patterns within the design system, and support development through handoff and iteration.
