Hello, I’m Maseena
I'm interested in designing meaningful experiences that shape how we interact with technology.
I’m a Senior UX Designer at J.P. Morgan with a background in psychology and over six years of experience designing human-centered digital experiences. My training in psychology shapes how I approach design—grounded in empathy, behavior, and evidence—allowing me to create intuitive solutions for complex problems.
My work spans end-to-end UX across enterprise platforms, where I collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional partners to translate ambiguity into clarity. I’m especially interested in designing scalable systems, simplifying complex workflows, and creating accessible experiences that work for diverse users.
I’m driven by curiosity, problem-solving, and the belief that great design lives at the intersection of human needs and thoughtful technology. Beyond design, I enjoy photography and exploring emerging tools that push digital experiences forward.
